Don't let 4 stars fool you!

I rated this product with 4 stars, but don't jump the gun..
The sectional is BEAUTIFUL once put together, however, the assembling may cause you to damage the sofa, like I did! Over the years, it seems to me that instructions are getting LESS detailed and the graphics have worsened! I am typically very good at putting furniture together, but in this case, not so much. I thought it was awesome that the arrangement was optional, not so much. I ended up poking TONS of holes into my couch thinking it was okay to do so. The photos go from, couch with no nubs (feet) to, couch with nubs, and without explaing the action that has to take place. Luckily I have much needed common sense (for this disaster) to figure that one out on my own. I had to watch the video at least 3 times (slowly) in order to follow. So ridiculous. Luckily, when The Hubby came home and gave me assistance with holding the pieces and screwing the bolts (idk how you ladies did it alone!), the job was finished and my couch looks great!

Beautiful Sofa

I just got this sofa and I absolutely love it. It's a beautiful piece. I do however recommend looking into having a stain guard added because of the light color of the cushions. I looked at several sectional sofas before buying this one & am very happy with my decision.

I really like this couch. Assembly was easy and it looks very nice. The small square pillows looks a bit cheesy. I would suggest purchasing seperate throw pillows. Great deal for the price!

Nice couch, amateur shipping.

The couch is exactly what your asking for but the shipping is something to be desired. I talked to the guy about scheduling a delivery time and he informed me that they would have someone there to carry the couch in when it got here. I live on the fourth floor by myself and carrying a couch up those stairs alone is not possible. When delivery day comes I had to call half a day off work to be there between 12 and 4 to let them in. Four thirty and I call the courier and they tell me that Bob is running late, so thats half a day off work I didn't have to take. I ask them about the "white glove service" as they called it again, and I informed that that doesn't exist and its just bob the truck driver coming. So Five o'clock comes around and the driver calls me from outside and tells me my package is here so I just asked him if he could help my carry it up these stairs if I gave him $20, and he was fine with that. Luckily Bob was a nice guy because the delivery company CEVA gave me quite the work around about there supposed "White Glove Service." Don't pay for white glove its doesn' t exist.

Nice but Seat cushions not so good

Overall its fine but I din't like the material used for seat cushions. Had a minor shipping breakage. Shipping guy was rude. Asked me to either pick it up from his truck myself or they will take it back. I would rather prefer buying furniture from local stores in future.
