I order this set and within a day i was contacted by seller to confirm my order and they processed it right then. i recieved both my chairs in less time than was originally scheduled the only delay was the snow. i received a called from ups on when i would be avaiable to accept my shipment and it was there when i asked. the set is beautiful. it is colored just as it is pictured and it is quality leather. everyone compliments me on this set it is so gorgeous. so soft to the touch and comfortable i would give it 10 stars if i could. i am very sketical about ordering furniture on the web but i do not regret this purchase at all. the shipping price through the actual website i thought was expensive but amazon was half that price so that really sold me on purchasing this set. then when it came in it was so well packaged that i was thrilled that i paid amazon price for shipping and handling. overall this is a great product and i will be ordering through amazon from this company again.
